The Samsung Galaxy Note 20 series has just received certification from Thailand’s NBTC authority. And while its listing didn’t do much, relative to outing some key revelations on its features and specifications, the certification still did turn into major development.

No Note 20+ version ?

The devices, which carry model numbers SM-N980F and SM-N985F, are confirmed to be the vanilla Note 20 and the Note 20 Ultra. Without going for the obvious, the series could very well launch with the Galaxy Note 20+ variant.

The exclusion of the Galaxy Note 20+ has baffled some fans as the device was recently spotted going through FCC. Featuring the model number SM-N986U, the phone was also said to be arriving this August.

Galaxy Note 20: 3D render in a 360-degree video

Meanwhile,  the regular Galaxy Note 20 made rounds lately as its detailed 3D render, courtesy of Evan Blass via Patreon, has emerged online. And instead of just being gawked at with its still image, the leak provides its fans a full 360-degree video that essentially shows the phone’s design.

At the helm of the takeaways from the render is the phone’s completely flat display. However, it’s quite a challenge to determine whether its display will taper off akin to the Galaxy S20 series. If there’s anything, massive curves present on the Galaxy Note 10 lineup couldn’t be seen.

Also, a revelation on the latest render is the handset’s modest rear camera setup. Well, that is if you compare it against the Ultra variant’s enormous camera module.

Design is similar with the Galaxy S20

The rest of the smartphone’s design features appear to be reminiscent of the regular Galaxy S20. As such, the phone can be seen featuring a display punch-hole placed at the top center of the screen.

Its rear panel sports an immaculate rear panel design. The organized design is only obstructed by the camera setup itself and the Samsung logo.

Samsung is expected to hold its Unpacked event on August 5, the day the company will also be announcing the said series. Apart from the firm’s next flagship phablet lineup, the Korean tech giant is also tipped to unveil the Galaxy Z Fold 2 and the Galaxy Tab S7 duo.
