South Korea’s President Moon Jae-in said on Wednesday that U.S. President Donald Trump and North Korean leader Kim Jong Un should meet once more before the U.S. presidential election in November, a Seoul official said.

Moon made the remarks during a video conference on Tuesday with European Council President Charles Michel, saying another summit between Trump and Kim would help resume stalled negotiations over North Korea’s nuclear programmes, an official at the presidential Blue House told reporters.
