Ariana Grande is an escape room expert, but the one she did with James Corden was hell.

The “God is a Woman” singer, 25, was jamming out while filming an episode of Corden’s “Carpool Karaoke” when things took a turn for the spooky.

The previously unaired footage begins with Grande telling Corden she loves Halloween because “I love being scared. I think it’s so much fun.”

After a brief discussion about haunted houses and escape rooms, Grande had a bright idea.

“We should do one,” she said. “Instead of just driving around let’s do it.”

The duo ended up at 60OUT Escape Room in Los Angeles where things quickly got out of hand. The escape room was set up like an abandoned boarding school, complete with flickering lights, blood-stained walls and actors dressed in horrifying costumes.

Grande, at first excited to take the lead, quickly realized this was not like any of the other escape rooms she’d tried.

“You told me this was an escape room, not hell,” she exclaimed. “What is this?”

And things got worse after Grande completed the final puzzle. At that point, a faceless man crawled into the dark room and chased after the two. Panicked, the singer ran, tripped and fell to the ground, landing on her hand in the process.

Later, Corden and the now-bandaged Grande got back in the car a little worse for wear.

“I’ve done 300 escape rooms,” she declared. “That’s not an escape room; that’s one of the seven gates to hell!”
